iTunes U is a specialised area of the Apple iTunes store that allows Higher Education institutions to make audio and visual content available for download and subscription. The University of Leeds on iTunes U showcases high quality educational resources to a wide external audience as well as providing internal student groups with resources to enhance their educational experience. Materials currently available include lectures delivered by academics at the forefront of their discipline, interviews with leading researchers, course materials and more. The Digital Learning Team is responsible for maintaining and developing resources for the iTunes U channel at the University of Leeds.
To access our channel you will need to have iTunes software installed on your computer. To install the iTunes software on your PC or Mac:
- Visit the iTunes website
- Click on the download installer, and follow the instructions provided
- Once iTunes is installed, launch the application from the Available on iTunes button below (a re-start may be required for PCs).
